Lita has nearly 30 years of experience in the lending industry, having first started with American Savings Bank as a Loan Processor and now as a Senior Loan Officer. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Northern Christian College in the Philippines, and attended Cannon Business College and Stapelton School of Real Estate.
Lita has been Premier Producer from 2002-2006 for exceeding sales goals and the honored as the Statewide Top Producer for American Savings Bank in 2006. She is proficient in Ilocano and Tagalog and encourages her customers to use the language that they are most comfortable using when financing their dreams.
